Will Patton is Vice President, People & Culture of Hunt Refining Company. In his role, he leads the human resources functions by driving an effective people strategy and fostering a culture where employees feel valued and respected.
Patton started his career at Hunt Refining Company as the Refinery Human Resources Manager in 2012. He was appointed Director Human Resources in 2015. Prior to joining Hunt Refining Company, he worked in both the wood products/natural resources industry and food manufacturing industry in various human resources positions.
Patton is a member of the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers LR/HR Committee, the Society for Human Resource Management and West Alabama SHRM. He is a SHRM Certified Professional and earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy State University Montgomery.
